Privacy Policy
Deadline Desk is designed so that your deadlines remain private to you and the Apple devices signed in to your Apple Account.

1. Overview
This policy explains how Deadline Desk handles information when you use the app on Mac, iPhone or iPad. The app does not require a separate Deadline Desk account and does not use a developer-operated database.
2. Data you create
The app stores the information you choose to enter, including deadline titles, due dates and times, categories, priorities, notes and completion status. This content is needed to provide the app’s deadline-management features.
3. Private iCloud synchronization
When iCloud is available, Deadline Desk uses Apple CloudKit to synchronize app data through your private iCloud database. This allows the same data to appear on your Apple devices signed in to the same Apple Account. Apple processes iCloud data under Apple’s own terms and privacy policy.
4. Collection, purchases, analytics and tracking
Deadline Desk does not include advertising, third-party analytics, tracking technology or data-broker integrations. The developer does not sell your data or use it to profile you.
If you buy Deadline Desk Pro, Apple processes the purchase through the App Store. Deadline Desk checks the signed App Store transaction to unlock Pro but does not receive or store your payment-card details.
5. Your control
You can edit or delete deadlines and categories from within the app. Deletions synchronize to your other connected devices. You can also clear all completed deadlines from the Completed section. Removing the app deletes its local app data from that device; iCloud-synchronized data may remain available to your other devices until you delete it through the app.
6. Children’s privacy
Deadline Desk is a general productivity tool and is not directed at children. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the app’s features or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the latest version.
